So… wow. I mean, just … wow. Give me a minute, I need to get my thoughts together. Actually, that’s a lie. My eyes just keep getting drawn back to this car. As the title points out, this is, of course, the Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss. Then again, giving it a name does not really clear up anything insofar as the car itself goes, because this thing is … wow. This is the kind of car you expect to see in a science fiction action movie with a completely unlimited budget, you know what I’m saying? It’s like an update to the DeLorean time machine.
It’s a limited edition, with only seventy five models scheduled to be available — and only to those who currently own the SLR supercar.
It’s a V8 coupe, made specifically to commemorate Stirling Moss, a legend of British motor racing, and his numerous victories.
