Along with the new 2010 Legacy , Subaru unveiled the new 2010 Outback at the 2009 New York Auto Show. Just like the roomiest Legacy ever, the 2010 Outback is the roomiest Outback ever with the wheelbase increase by 2.8 inches with rear-seat legroom increase by almost 4 inches.
The 2010 lineup will feature three 2.5i models powered by the 170-hp 2.5L 4-cylinder Boxer. All 2.5i models come with a 6-speed manual as standard or with a Lineartronic CVT as an option. The lineup will also consist of 3 new 3.6R models powered by a 3.6L 6-cylinder Boxer making 256-hp. Of course, like every vehicle in its lineup the 2010 Subaru Outback features Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive as standard.
