With best-in-class torque and towing, the 2007 Dodge Dakota present the optimal combination of bold styling, real pickup truck capability, superior ride comfort, and the only V-8s in its class. New for ‘07, the Dakota offers customers more fuel choices with its flexible-fuel, 4.7-liter V-8 engine, which is compatible with E-85 fuel, and mated with a 5-speed automatic gearbox. A 3.7-liter Magnum V-6 engine and 4-speed automatic tranny is standard on the Dakota ST and SLT models. The Dodge Dakota delivers a best-in-class tow rating of 7,150 lbs., and the Quad Cab is the only 4-door mid-size pickup to offer 6-passenger seating. A 6-foot, 6-inch truck bed comes on the Club Cab versions, while the Quad Cab body features a 5-foot, 4-inch bed.
